Here at Clean Lines Painting, we recently had the privilege of refinishing this magnificent 3-story wooden spiral staircase in New Jersey. While the photos convey some of the grandeur of the staircase, they can’t do it justice. This gorgeous stairway is almost overwhelming to look at!

As you can see in the pictures, the risers and the spindles are painted a pure white, matching the ceiling and trim in this classy New Jersey home. However, in order to create notable contrast and emphasize the natural beauty of the wood, the treads and banister have been stained a dark walnut tone.

The wall color in this staircase is a pleasant neutral tone, a warm gray that stands out nicely from the white trim without calling attention to itself.
